 This light-medium-bodied, just dry meritage is a perennially popular wine that Niagara shines at growing world-class cool temperature white viticulture.

The wine shows notes of citrus & spice on the nose and fruity with citrus, pineapple and floral flavours.

The palate maintains the citrus theme with suggestions of lemon drops.

Crisp, bright acidity lasts through the satisfyingly long clean finish.

The Process:
Cool Temperature Vinification, Minimal Filtration and Fining.
