It consists of pasteurized, unfermented wort packaged in 2 liter bottles. All you have to do is add the innovative yeast capsule to each bottle to start the fermentation. In addition, our unique pressure cap allows your beer to ferment and carbonate perfectly and naturally right in the bottle. At the end of fermentation, the yeast settles firmly to the bottom. This is the traditional way of brewing beer, the way that it has been done for thousands of years.
Our Varieties
Premium Pilsner with optional Hops pill included (5% alc./vol)
Brewed with only the finest German hops, this true European Beer is full bodied, with a pleasant bitterness and deep amber colour. You would have to travel to Europe to enjoy a beer of this quality and freshness.
Want an extra hit of hop flavour? Add the green hop aroma pill along with the cream coloured yeast pill. The micro-bubble dispersion of the hop oils promotes the maximum absorption of flavour and aroma, contributing a complex unrivalled hoppy character.
Red Lager (5% alc./vol)
Other reds pale by comparison. This very popular Canadian Style Lager, with its dark richness looks similar to a British Ale, but with a smoothness rarely found in a Canadian Style Lager. Its delicate caramel flavour delivers a slightly sweet aftertaste. Try it and let the great taste speak for itself.
Mexican Cerveza (5% alc./vol)

Blonde Ale with optional Lime pill included (4% alc./vol)
Excellent for hot summer days or relaxing after a long day, this light and refreshing North American style light beer is often favoured by those who say they don’t like beer, especially when you add the optional Lime pill.
Add only the cream coloured yeast pill and you’ll enjoy a delicate easy drinking light beer.

Brown Ale with optional Hops pill included (5% alc./vol)
Real beer lovers, rejoice! Our Brown Ale is back and brewed with four distinct malts, Pale Malt, Carastan Malt, Munich Malt and Chocolate Malt to give it its unique full bodied flavour and deep hazelnut colour. The unique combination of these specialty malts and additional Cascade aroma hops added late in the brewing process, contributes to a truly unique flavour experience with multiple layers: Toffee, caramel, nutty, rich malty, chocolate, lightly roasted, slightly sweet with a creamy mouth feel.
