The best of these hand-crafted wines can be then matured in seasoned 225L. French oak cooperage for enhanced complexity and elegance in the winery.
Not only does this give our winers more mature wines – it also provides ample opportunity to make specialty wines that they wouldn’t have the opportunity to try. Also many of our most popular specialty blends have been discovered by first experimenting with our continually developing cooperative wine program.
Cost is from $199 – $325 depending on the type of barrels utilized, amount of barrel aging and the varietal/blend. This price includes all taxes, service charges, high quality closures, labels and coordinating bottle shrinks.
